Merit Club Facilities

The Reserve at the Merit Club is a private, gated community of single family homes. We engage a Management Company to assist us with common property maintenance and other business matters. While many of our homes are situated on lots that are adjacent to the Merit Club Golf Course, neither the Management Company (Kalman Management), the Homeowner's Association, or any of its sub-associations are affiliated with the Golf Club, which is a private entity.

Other than our entryway Gatehouse, there are no facilties owned or operated by the Reserve at the Merit Club. The Merit Club Golf Course has a separate website, which can be found HERE.
